Pricing + Services

Rates

Our rates reflect the total time the musicians are contracted to be at your event and are not subject to any additional consultation or booking fees. There is a one-hour minimum for all events.

First 60 Minutes:

String Quartet - $700

String Trio - $600

String Duo - $500

Solo Violin - $400

Each Additional 15 Minutes:

String Quartet - $100

String Trio - $75

String Duo - $50

Solo Violin - $25

Possible Additional Fees

Outdoor Events

Because instruments are very fragile and can be ruined by even small amounts direct sunlight, precipitation, or falling debris, 10’ x 10’ canopy coverings are required for all outdoor events. You may provide your own canopy if you would like, or we can bring one for an additional fee. (Please note that Allerton Park requires that you rent a tent from them.)

Outdoor Tent Fee - $50

Mileage

We charge mileage for events located more than 40 miles from Champaign-Urbana. Please contact us for a quote.

Arrangements

If there are specific songs you would like performed that are not already on our repertoire list, we would be happy to arrange them for you for a fee. To maintain a high performance quality, we do our own arranging, and any arrangements made for an event remain the property of Vine Street Ensemble.
